 Trainings Profile
Trainings was founded in China’s capital city -- Beijing, in July 2001. Trainings now delivers a broad portfolio of information technology training and outsourcing services to the clients. It has four operation centers in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong, meanwhile providing client-focused and comprehensive service for almost 30 cities in China by site service engineers.
At this moment, Trainings has almost 100 clients, including some of the best-known multinational companies operating in China like Alcoa and Calyon Bank. 80% clients of Trainings are multinational corporations or representative offices. Trainings also offers IT outsourcing service for 15 fund companies in China, nearly covering the top 10 fund companies in China.
Trainings has more than 70 professionals based in the Greater China region and all staff is trained and qualified before on duty. Trainings also has more than 50 certified technicians and the team is capable of handling a wide range of IT issues. The technicians have proved to be rich in experience and reliable from the positive feedback of the clients. The quick response and one-time fix rate of Trainings service are at the top level in the industry.
Trainings is also IBM’s sole authorized education center in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, delivering advanced technical training with certified engineers and instructors. Representing the most advanced technology in the field of information technology, Trainings is becoming more and more important in terms of better serving people with information technology and training more professionals in this field.
